If you haven’t heard them already, Brasstracks are ridiculously funky production duo Ivan and Conor. The pair have been embarking on a long form project called For Those Who Know, which is out in its entirety this Friday, and have recently dropped the final single ‘Brownstone’. It’s a boppy number which pays homage to the bright lights of New York City which hold a special significance to the boys who now live there. Featured on vocals is Londoner BXRBER who lends his silky smooth vocals to the raucous track which has hints of jazz, R&B, soul and everything in-between. ‘Brownstone’ is everything we love about the East Coast music scene – give it a spin. –HM
